REFUNDS
Individual artists have the right to cancel any contract for services within 14 days without giving a reason (‘Cancellation Period’). The Cancellation Period will expire after 14 days from the day an artist pays Your Subscription Fee and uploads Your first recording (or Recordings).

If choosing to cancel this Contract for services during the Cancellation period, if we have not begun providing the Services, we will upon request reimburse all payments received between formation of the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. We will make the reimbursement as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of receipt by Us of a decision to cancel the contract for Services and requested refund.
If choosing to cancel outside of the 14 day or within the 14 day period but our services have been engaged we cannot refund the Subscription Fee. In this case should there be a wish to distribute further Recordings the individual will need to subscribe again.
Refunds (as described above) are only available to individual artists under consumer protection laws and are not available to labels.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription to an app or to a feature within an app, you authorize us to bill your payment credential immediately, and then again at the beginning of each subscription period, according to the applicable subscription terms, except as otherwise set forth in the terms of your subscription.
Subscription Types
We offer two subscription types: Monthly and Yearly. If you choose a monthly subscription package, we will bill you each calendar month until you cancel your subscription. If you choose a yearly package, we will bill you yearly on the date of signing up and this will continue until you give us notice that you wish to cancel your subscription.
PAYMENT ELECTION
Horus Music accepts the following payment methods (through WorldPay) for all services:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- JCB
TRANSACTION CURRENCIES
The currencies that we are able to accept via WorldPay are GBP, USD, EURO.
Other currencies we accept through other Payment Service Provider (PSP) are GBP, USD, EURO.
WITHDRAWING YOUR EARNINGS/ROYALTIES
Within your profile on My Music Distribution Zone (MMDZ), users need to go to ‘Payment Gateway’ to select their required payment method. These can either be one of the following:
- Convera (formerly Western Union)
- PayPal
PAYMENT CREDENTIALS
Horus Music Limited does not hold any card banking details; these are only located on either Convera (formerly Western Union) or PayPal’s platform. Any refund that we owe to you will be credited to the same payment credential that you used for the original transaction.
PAYMENT AUTHORISATION
When you provide a payment credential to us, you confirm that you are permitted to use that payment credential. When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment credential you designate for the transaction.
