The time has finally come. We have welcomed our new MyClientZone system! This will replace the current Client Zone that has been in operation since 2014. This is now where you can go to upload and distribute your releases.
You will notice quite a lot of difference between this new system and our old one, but you should find a lot quicker and in a more logical and user friendly way. It is all new, and we know that it will take some time for everyone to get used to, us included, to please take some time to familiarise yourself with MyClientZone.
Why MyClientZone?
As previously explained, we want to ensure that our system is always as efficient as possible for you and therefore, we felt it was time to launch a new phase of our system. We endeavour to stay up to date and for our services to be as effective and user friendly as possible for each of our clients.
What’s Changed?
You can use the same log-in details you have used previously but a few things may have moved; there is help available on the system. Our team will also be on hand to answer any questions and help make the transition as smooth as possible. Here are a few pointers to get you going:
Your Dashboard now includes a more comprehensive view of your sales statistics, earnings and releases. The four tabs at the top of your Dashboard will direct you accordingly to:
- Payments: Here you can find your payable earnings and an overview of your income, earnings and payments organised by date. From this page you can manage your Western Union account and your personal profile.
- Analytics: Here you can view the quantity of sales you have earned – organised by date, store, release, track and market (territory).
- Releases: From here you can create a new video or audio release. You can also manage and track the status of your previous releases. Packages can be purchased as part of the upload process.
- Profile: Here you can edit your account and your profile. This includes your passwords, contact details and profile image.
We hope that the transition will be a smooth one for all of you, however, we are aware that new systems and changes such as this can often present preliminary bugs. We hope you don’t face any difficulties but if you do please don’t hesitate to let us know. Email your concern, in as much detail as possible, with any relevant screenshots to the distribution team and we will try to have it fixed as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and hope that you find this change beneficial. Take a look now at our new MyClientZone!
