As part of our brand-new music publishing service, we’re excited to introduce our new app My Music Publishing Zone (MMPZ).
My Music Publishing Zone will sit alongside My Music Account Zone and My Music Distribution Zone under the MyClientZone family. This is Horus Music’s bespoke technology which covers both our distribution and new publishing services.
My Music Publishing Zone will enable you to upload and submit your tracks to earn you money for your music. Within the app, you’ll be able to manage your catalogue, register your new and existing compositions and easily collect your music publishing royalties.
Below we’ll talk you through how to get started with your new MMPZ account. We’ve included a step-by-step guide on how to set up your account so you can start getting paid as quickly as possible.
There are two methods to register for your MMPZ account:
Scenario 1: You already have a My Music Distribution Zone Profile
If you have registered your interest in Horus Music Publishing already, you can get started here. Please use your existing log-in details that you use for My Music Account Zone.
On your dashboard, you will now be able to see the My Music Publishing Zone app. If you cannot see this, please contact our team by emailing publishing@horusmusic.global.
When you click into the MMPZ app, you will be asked to create a profile. Please enter your details here and follow the instruction points.
Your profile has now been created. Finish setting up your profile by following the instructions before you can submit your first composition.
Scenario 2: You do not already have a My Music Distribution Zone Profile and you are completely new to MyClientZone
To sign up as a songwriter, please follow this link. Next, you will be asked to create user details which are held in our app My Music Account Zone. These are the details that you log in with and update your personal data within MMAZ. MMAZ will also allow you to create a distribution profile on My Music Distribution Zone in the future.
Please ensure you go to your email and click the activation link, which should look like this:
When you click the link, you will be redirected to log in with MMAZ details you have just created.
The next step is to create your songwriter profile by clicking on ‘My Music Publishing Zone’ on the dashboard.
Please enter your details here and follow the instruction points.
Your account and profile have now been created! Finish setting up your profile by following the instructions before you can submit your first composition.
Scenario 3: You want to sign up to Horus Music Publishing for multiple songwriters
If you want to manage the publishing rights of multiple songwriters, you will need to sign up for a publisher profile, please follow this link to get started.
The steps to create your My Music Account Zone are exactly as above. You will see the profile information now requests Publisher details at this page.
When you have completed the page above, you will enter the publisher profile. You will need to finish setting up this profile before you can add your songwriter sub profiles.
