Should you discover your music has been infringed in any form, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible.

Important Legal Notice:
All our clients sign a contract saying they are the legal owners of the music they are uploading, therefore for us to issue an immediate take down notice of material we need proof that shows otherwise.

Failure to send proof of ownership will not delay any action regarding your claim but it will be unlikely we can help you. Stating that you own a recording alone does not count as legal proof.

Horus Music respects the copyright of others, and we expect our members to do the same. For us to consider removing any copyrighted work from our platforms we require you to provide us with certain information.

DMCA is part of US Copyright Law, therefore it is applicable only to websites hosted in the US. All sites hosted in the US are bound to obey the law. Therefore, even if you are a copyright owner based outside the USA, you can still issue a DMCA notice if the hosting website or platform is in the US.
