Distribution and Client Care Manager Job Brief:

We are looking for a Distribution Manager to lead our Distribution Team. You will be reporting to our Head of Operations.

Distribution and Client Care Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of people who are potentially based around the globe.
  • Reviewing release metadata and processing releases and compositions for DSP’s and PRO’s.
  • Responding to client queries via phone and email.
  • Administrative tasks (processing metadata updates, taking down releases).
  • Onboarding and working as a representative for our white label clients.
  • Managing cancelled subscriptions and refunds.
  • Training new members of the distribution team.
  • Quality control testing and training.
  • Managing subscriptions.
  • Relinquishing composition rights.
  • Processing manual publishing deliveries.
  • Continually refine the delivery processes.
  • Report back on client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of at least two years would beis essential.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Willingness to participate in regular team meetings.
  • Take part in regular meetings.

Qualifications:

  • English proficiency is essential.
  • Experience in a fast paced, environment.
  • Strong commitment Committed to duties, a self-learner and a team player mindset with the ability to think outside of the box and not be frightened to contribute to company and team discussion and planning.self-learning and teamwork.
  • Ability to think outside the box and confidently contribute to company discussions and planning.
