Digital Marketing Manager Job Brief:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and enhance our digital presence across multiple brands in the music industry, including: Horus Music, Anara Publishing and My Client Zone. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, social media marketing, content creation, and engaging with a dynamic client base within the music industry. We are offering a flexible and exciting opportunity to someone to work with a vibrant and talented team. The chosen candidate will gain exposure to the diverse facets of the music industry.

Main Purposes of the Job:

– Social media management for Horus Music and Anara Publishing.
– Writing marketing content for the various formats.
– Generate leads and assist sales teams in converting lead to customer.
– Assist Head of Marketing with planning long term marketing strategies.
– Be an active and contributing member of the marketing and sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Social media management:

Manage social media channels for:

Create engaging social media content:

  • Write and commit to a consistent / effective post schedule.
  • Use Later (or similar tools) to streamline posting process.
  • Communicate and send design requests to the Graphics partner.
  • Communicate internally with colleagues to gather clients success stories.

Encourage Interaction and Lead Generation:

  • Vary content: promote services, share success stories, promote new
    releases, design competitions etc.
  • Manage DMs, tags, follows, shares, comments, collab requests (where
    relevant)
  • Interact with content posted by our clients and store partners.
  • Reply to potential clients and gather details to be shared with the relevant
    teams to convert.

Regular review of social media bios, link-trees, visual aesthetic of content.

Regular review of evolving social media landscape:

    • Consider new content strategies and trends.
    • Competitor analysis.

(2) Marketing content writing:
– Client newsletters
– Website content (blogs and page content)
– Press releases promoting news from Horus Music to industry press.
– Press releases / EPKs promoting our clients.
– Scripts for social media content and YouTube Videos.

(3) Marketing package sales:
– Reply to marketing form submissions received via website.
– Discuss release and marketing strategies with clients.

(4) Marketing Package Sales:
– Planning long term marketing strategies to increase lead generation and service sales.
– Expanding marketing services we offer to clients (in-house or via referral)
– Speaking with music industry festivals / conferences to consider sponsorship,
barter deal or other involvement.

(5) Network with industry professionals and grow your own network of contacts.

(6) Work with digital platforms, staff and clients for marketing of releases.

Key results/objectives:

– Increase interaction and engagement on social media.
– Generate leads for distribution, publishing and marketing services.
– Increase brand awareness and industry recognition.
– Maintain transparent communication with clients and partners.
– Champion independent music creators.

Responsible for staff/equipment:

– Security of work files and any other reverent confidential content.
– Security of social media platforms and website access.
– Logging in hours worked accurately via Bitrix24 or any other system the company may introduce or use.
