However, please bear in mind that the following must be considered:
- Publisher, Composer and Lyricist metadata must reflect that of the original song you are covering.
- In order to distribute the release (that your cover song features on) to digital download stores in the USA, Canada, Mexico, India, Japan and Pakistan, you will need to purchase a license, or obtain permission from the original copyright owners.
Artists and labels should obtain licenses separately for themselves.
